[ Xion receives a cold-pack delivery in a large container packed with ice and chiller packs along the sides. Inside she will find a few smaller containers:
- a pint of sea-salt ice cream (which Arden perfected the recipe for 2 years ago with Sora's help, as a Christmas present to Roxas) plus waffle-cones to eat it out of, if she so chooses
- the same ice cream in 3 sugar-cookie wheelies
- as a small-ish sized ice-cream cake with blondie brownie base and caramel drizzle in the middle with macademia nut crunch layer and a creamy topping.
- Lastly, a smoother blend and a label to distinguish it from the first pint, the same ice-cream but meant for milkshakes or floats. ]

I remember my first Christmas 2 years ago. I wasn't expecting a single gift, but several people gave me different things. I was so embarrassed, I ran around for days afterwards giving back things in return. One of the harder parts was even just picking what I wanted to give! It was such a strange experience compared to my old life... but I think it really said a lot about what my life could become here.
I hope your first (?) Christmas here - at least here in Verens I guess - is a time that helps you see all of the possibilities you can have here. Enjoy.

[Since Ventus is a frequent visitor in Usagi's place, it hasn't taken him long to know that Xion's staying there, too.

[ Upon finding the wayfinder, it takes Xion a moment to really take it in. She picks it up and carefully holds it in her hands, eyes closed at the memories she has- no, that Sora had- of seashell charms. Of her collecting shells, wishing she could make one herself... When she reads the note she's surprised but happy, and it's not long before she finds herself headed over to where she's been told Ven is staying and knocking on his door. ]

[Ventus is staying at Snow White's place, but everyone's out doing one thing or another. Terra and Aqua are on some kind of excursion--'date', his mind likes to supply-- and Snow White and Evie are probably at the bakery.
Opening the door, he looks at Xion in surprise.]

Um, hi! [ Now that Ven's actually answered the door Xion looks a little unsure of exactly how to begin, so instead she takes out the seashell wayfinder carefully and holds it out. ]
Ven... did you really make this? For me? [ She jumps right into it, then. ]

Oh, you did get it! [Ventus sounds pleased with himself.] Yeah, I made it for you. I...kinda remember you liked seashells from when we were in Sora's heart together, so I thought you might like it.

[ Xion does take notice of the fireflies, eyes following them for a second as they fly around. She's still getting used to the way emotions manifest here, but so far she's noticed so many nice ones around some people, Ven included. ]

But unfortunately for Xion, since she's arrived here she's been mistaken for other people extremely often, so her next response comes with the resigned air of someone who's Been Through This Before. ]
